How we work
Assess first. Then a clear proposal.
Homes differ, so we don’t sell a product before we’ve looked at the property. The steps are the same across all three services.
- Tell us about your propertyA short form, a call or a message. If you’re not sure of an answer, say so: we will find out at the assessment.
- AssessmentWe look at the things that decide the job, such as the roof, the loft, what’s there now and how the home is used.
- A written proposalWhat we recommend, what it costs and what it depends on, in writing, so you can compare it and take advice.
- The work, then the paperworkThe work is carried out as specified, and you receive documents explaining what was done.
What we won’t do
Straight answers, including the ones that cost us work
Home improvement claims are often bigger than the evidence behind them. These are the promises you won’t hear from us.
No headline savings
Solar results depend on your roof, your use and your tariffs. We won’t give you a single savings figure with nothing behind it.
No lender promises
Removing spray foam will not always guarantee that a lender will lend. We’ll say so before you commit, and point you to the official guidance.
No one-product answers
One insulation product doesn’t make every loft compliant. What counts is the complete build-up, specified for your roof.
