Information on this site
The information here is general. A quotation needs a survey of your property, and nothing on the site is an offer you can accept. We don’t guarantee any saving or performance unless it’s stated in your contract.
Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer. What we tell you about our services matters, and we try to keep it accurate. If you think something is wrong, please tell us.
Images and videos on this site
The images and videos on this website are illustrations, some made with AI tools. They show typical homes, roofs, lofts and installers to give an idea of our services. They aren’t pictures of our customers’ homes, our staff or particular jobs we’ve done.
Using the site, forms and uploads
Please don’t upload malware, other people’s personal data or unlawful images, or try to interfere with the site.
Names and content
THI owns or has permission for the content here. Other names, including SuperFOIL and SF19+, belong to their owners and are used to describe products. We don’t claim any affiliation with them unless we say so.
Links to other sites
We link to official guidance and other sites for your information and aren’t responsible for their content. They may set their own cookies.
Reviews
If we show customer reviews, we’ll show them fairly: we won’t remove a review unless it’s fake or abusive, and we’ll say if a reviewer was offered anything.

Accessibility
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA. If you need anything in another format or find something hard to use, please contact us. See the accessibility statement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, this doesn’t remove your right to bring a claim in your local courts or the protection of local mandatory law.
